How it works
Squeeze the liquid up into the dropper as far as it will go (1mL) and place under your tongue for a minimum of 90 seconds.
While oral consumption (swallowing) methods do offer certain benefits, any substance consumed will have to pass through our metabolic and digestive systems, which will filter out a large portion of the CBD, drastically reducing its bioavailability. The benefit of consuming CBD oil sublingually is that the absorption process bypasses the digestive system and liver metabolization, allowing the compounds to reach your bloodstream and interact with the Endocannabinoid System more effectively.
Full Spectrum vs Isolate
CBD isolate is pure, isolated CBD compound all by itself. It exists as a powder, and contains no other active compounds.
Full spectrum oil, on the other hand, contains other active plant compounds in addition to the CBD. This includes other cannabinoids such as CBN, CBC, and CBG (to name a few), as well as aromatic cannabis terpenes (example, pinene and limonene)
The Hebrew University of Jerusalem scientists discovered what is referred to as the “entourage effect“. This refers to the functioning of CBD along with other cannabis plant compounds, rather than alone. This research showed, CBD is much more effective when used along with other compounds of the cannabis plant, than when it was used by itself.
It is generally accepted that FULL SPECTRUM CBD oil is more effective than CBD isolate.
With everything that people take CBD for, nearly every single CBD consumer will claim that full-spectrum oil is by far the superior option. You simply can’t pass a drug test with Full Spectrum and that’s why CBD Isolate was created.
