What does MCT in MCT oil stand for?
Medium Chain Triglyceride. These are manmade fatty acids that are composed of a chain of carbon atoms 6-12 atoms long. Anything longer than that are called LCTs (long chain triglycerides).
Are MCT and coconut oil the same?
